REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

There is no refund or return on any purchase of a gift voucher that has already been delivered to the recipient. Should you wish to exchange the gift voucher for another product, prior to it being delivered to the recipient, you will need to contact Customer Service on 0151 495 2803 during office hours.
